Cancellation Policy

At Soqalux, we understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about their purchase. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy in place to accommodate such changes. The following policy applies to all brass and copper products sold on our website.

1. Timing of Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order at any time before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, the customer will have to follow the return policy.

2. Refunds: If the customer cancels their order before the item is shipped, they will receive a full refund. If the item has been shipped, the customer will receive a refund, minus the shipping and handling charges.

3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

4. Returned Items: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the item is returned in its original condition, the customer will receive a full refund. If the item is damaged, the customer will only receive a partial refund.

5. Exceptions: Customers cannot cancel their order if the item has been personalized or made to order. In such cases, the customer will have to follow the return policy.
